Since 2009, Tali and her twin sister Ophira, have served as staff writers and resident astrologers for ELLE. Together, they’ve authored over twenty books, both independently and with major publishing imprints such as Simon Element, Harper Collins, and Random House. Moreover, they have provided consultancy services to prominent media outlets like Refinery29, assisting in shaping their editorial content plans.
Tali’s expertise has extended to collaborating with renowned brands such as HBO Max, AWAY travel, Revlon, and Coach, orchestrating successful cross-platform campaigns that have achieved record open rates and engagement.
In a notable project in 2021-22, Tali partnered with Prime Video (Amazon) to conceptualize and script the pioneering astrology matchmaking reality show, Cosmic Love. As a sought-after radio and TV guest, she has made appearances on notable broadcasts including The Today Show, Good Morning America, and Sirius XM.
A graduate of the University of Michigan School of Art and Design, Tali’s journey into publishing began during her college years. In 1991, she clinched the role of Art Director for the legendary Sassy magazine’s Reader-Produced Issue contest, which led her to New York City to apprentice under the guidance of impresario Jane Pratt.
During her time at university, she joined forces with her twin sister Ophira and Dr. Dyann Logwood to establish HUES (1992-98), a pioneering size-positive, intersectional feminist magazine. An early adopter of digital publishing and web development, she was tapped to build Ms. magazine’s inaugural website. Subsequently, she served as a Content Director for two community websites during the dot-com boom of the early 2000s.
True to her indie Sagittarius spirit, Tali embarked on her entrepreneurial journey in 1998, co-founding Mediarology, Inc., which has served as the umbrella company for her multimedia endeavors ever since.
Alongside her passion for media creation, Tali developed an undeniable obsession with astrology. In 2002, Tali and Ophira landed their first book deal with Simon and Schuster. Their breakout title, Astrostyle, launched on MTV’s Total Request Live (TRL). Their brand, AstroTwins, and website, astrostyle.com, draw millions of monthly readers. Tali has also done consultations for numerous celebrities, including Beyoncé, Leann Rimes, Alicia Keys and Dua Lipa.
